Step 11 of 12
More than one portfolio
Separate books for separate purposes — and how to split one broker's statement between them.
Pro raises the limit from one portfolio to five. People use them to separate a dividend book from a growth one, to keep a pension apart from a taxable account, or simply to hold one broker per portfolio. Each keeps its own independent ledger, and the switcher in the header changes which one you are looking at.
"All portfolios" totals them together for the overview. Any page that writes something — recording a trade, importing a statement — asks which portfolio it belongs to rather than guessing.
One broker, two portfolios is the common case. Import the statement into either one, then on Movements filter to the stocks that belong elsewhere and move just those trades across. Both positions are recalculated immediately.
Portfolios can also be shared individually. Publishing one gives it a public page with your holdings and their weights, and leaves the others private.
